1. Are lab-grown diamonds "real" diamonds?
Yes. They are 100% real diamonds. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin. They pass all diamond testers.

4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders within Singapore take 3-5 business days. For international shipping, delivery times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority!
